Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide enduser support for Teams OneDrive Outlook and SharePoint after migration activities
- Troubleshoot login issues mailbox access Teams meetings file permissions and sync issues
- Assist in validating migration results mailboxcontent completion and remediation tasks
- Document issues create knowledge articles and track resolutions
- Support onboarding sessions and communication to help users adapt to new tools
- Escalate complex issues to SME and engineering teams as needed
- Maintain service desk SLAs and respond promptly to support tickets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services
- Experience troubleshooting common collaboration issue
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Outlook Teams and OneDrive functionalities
- Willingness to learn and grow in cloud collaboration technologies
