Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll activities for EMEA regions.
- Liaise with HR regarding required payroll updates.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable regarding payroll-related invoices.
- Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries.
- Manage payroll ledgers and accruals within the accounting system.
- Complete monthly payroll reconciliations.
- Assist with providing payroll-related audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce/Accountancy.

- Inclination towards handling payroll accounting for India, the USA or European countries.
- Inclination towards compensation, statutory benefits and taxes.
- Experience or inclination towards a major audit firm or multinational organization is an added advantage.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized, thorough and detail-oriented approach with a creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures, follow through on issues and prioritize effectively.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with initiative.
- Team-player approach.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work confidently with IT applications such as Excel, Outlook and accounting systems.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
